The electrical panel of your residence does not allow the addition of an electrical charge of 30 amps which would allow you to install a charging station for your electric car?

The current sensor, a simple and economical solution, solves this problem without having to replace the electrical panel.

The EVduty smart current sensor reads current consumption in real time and sends the information to one or more smart EVduty charging stations electrically connected to the same panel. The terminal(s) can then adjust the charging current.
  • Clamp-on transformer
    Opening diameter:24.2mm (0.95'')
    Dimensions:69.6mm x 43.5mm (2.74'' x 1.71'')
  • Current reading range:0 – 200 A
  • Operating temperature:– 15°C to 40°C
  • Dimensions:108mm x 852mm x 31.8mm (4.25'' x 3.354'' x 1.25'')

If the selected functional equipment is used, only the remaining portion of current will be available for charging from the EVduty EVC30 terminal.

FOR EXAMPLE

If the cooker, protected by a 40 amp circuit breaker, draws 12 amps, the current available for the charging station will be:
(40A x 80%*) - 12A=20A

Technical specifications

Your electrical panel is full?

The smart current sensor allows the installation of an EVduty charging station without the need to add amperage capacity to the electrical panel.

Want to bill the right person?

The electricity meters for your multi-dwelling building are located in the basement and the electrical panels are in each individual dwelling?

The current sensor makes it possible to invoice the owner of an individual dwelling for the electricity consumption related to the charging of his vehicle in his electricity bill.
